This workshop will introduce you to the delight and fascination of beekeeping. We wish to share with you the information you need that will give you the confidence to develop a true sense of connection with your bees and the skills required to manage your bees successfully throughout the seasons.

About Jan, the facilitator
Jan is a fourth generation beekeeper, enjoying his time with bees since childhood. He has been associated with the Flow Hive since they first became available, recognising the huge benefits and potential to beekeepers and bees alike. As a mentor to many beekeepers on the Mornington Peninsula, he is enthusiastic to share his love for bees and the pleasure of beekeeping
What to bring:
• Bee gear, if you have it.
• Pen and paper.
• Broad-brimmed hat, long-sleeved collared shirt, long and loose pants, shoes and socks. Light coloured clothing please.
