With a session led by James from Grassroots Sustainability, and a collective long table fire cooked lunch—expect foraged & sourced local rabbit & seaweed, accompanied with local fluffy mash potatoes & seasonal greens—this is set to be an incredibly nourishing event. James is an environmental educator with 12 years experience, focusing on the whole food cycle: propagate, grow, harvest, forage, prepare, eat, compost and celebrate. Grassroots Sustainability strives to instill a greater understanding of how individuals, organisations, businesses and communities can implement sustainable practices. Expect to learn regenerative food and garden practises to take home with you and implement towards a healthier environment and a brighter future.
